Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items RSVIP Hair DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS. We are committed to your satisfaction, so if the items received are damaged, we would offer an exchange of your unopened/ unused product for the same item within 7 business days of you receiving the original order. Please contact [email protected] about returning your items for an EXCHANGE. Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your items to. However, you are responsible for the shipping of the returned items, as well as the new item you would like to receive. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please allow 7-10 days after your items has been received to process your exchange. In order for us to honor any exchanges, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new/unused condition, your EXCHANGE will NOT be issued.

Please also note: WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Shipping Policies

Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and shipped within 3-5 business days excluding holidays, sales and weekends.

Please note we are NOT liable for orders that are lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed packages. All packages reported as delivered in our system are no longer our responsibility
